These terms cover your use of Solomon at solomonfantasy.com ("Solomon", "the site"), run by Boxsoft Media ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Solomon is an information and planning tool for daily fantasy football. It ranks players and builds lineups from your own model, using public stats, betting lines, injury news and weather.
Solomon is not a fantasy contest operator or a sportsbook. It doesn't take entries, deposits or bets, and it doesn't pay out prizes. You enter contests directly with the operator, such as DraftKings, under that operator's own rules.
You must be at least 18, and old enough to play daily fantasy where you live. Some states set the age higher, and some don't allow paid daily fantasy at all. It's up to you to follow the laws where you are and the operator's rules.
Projections, rankings and lineups are estimates. Stats, injury reports, betting lines, weather and salaries come from other services and can be wrong, late or missing. Nothing on the site is professional, financial or betting advice. You decide which lineups to enter, and you're responsible for every entry you make and every dollar you spend.
Your models, league notes and the DraftKings files you load are kept in your own browser, not on our server. See the Privacy Policy. Clearing your browser data erases them, so use Back up my data to keep a copy.

Solomon links to and uses data from other services, such as DraftKings, ESPN, Sleeper, RotoWire, Open-Meteo and nflverse. We don't control them, and their own terms apply. DraftKings, the NFL, team names and other marks belong to their owners. Solomon isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The site's design, artwork, name and code belong to Boxsoft Media. You may use the site for your own personal play.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent the law allows, Boxsoft Media isn't liable for any losses from using the site or relying on it, including contest entry fees, lost winnings, or data lost from your browser.
We may change, pause or stop the site, or update these terms. When we update them we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
